Kenneth Devaney

Kenneth Devaney is Chief Operating Officer of Target ALS, where he oversees the organization’s operations and infrastructure in support of its mission to accelerate the discovery and development of effective treatments for ALS. His leadership spans multiple organizational functions, including finance, human resources, grants management, research operations, and organizational systems and processes. A research operations executive with more than three decades of experience, Ken brings extensive expertise in building and managing the infrastructure needed to support complex scientific research initiatives and organizational growth.

At Target ALS, Ken has played an integral role in strengthening the organization’s operational foundation as its research programs, partnerships, and global reach have expanded. He helps ensure Target ALS has the financial, administrative, and operational systems needed to manage its growing portfolio of research investments and resources effectively. Through his leadership, Ken has helped build the infrastructure and operational discipline that enable Target ALS to scale its work, support an increasingly complex global research enterprise, and execute effectively against its ambitious goals.
