Jessica Chapman, MBA, CAP

Jessica Chapman, MBA, CAP, is the Chief Development Officer at Target ALS, where she leads the organization’s fundraising, marketing, and communications strategies to accelerate progress toward effective treatments for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). She partners closely with leadership, the Board of Directors, donors, and corporate and foundation partners to grow philanthropic support, elevate awareness, and advance the organization’s mission. Jessica is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing innovative fundraising strategies, and crafting compelling narratives that inspire transformational philanthropy.

With more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Jessica has overseen comprehensive fundraising programs spanning major and principal gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, direct response, peer-to-peer fundraising, and digital philanthropy.

Throughout her career, she has built and scaled integrated development programs, strengthened organizational capacity, and helped drive sustainable growth through strategic fundraising, thoughtful leadership, and meaningful donor engagement.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.
