Ariella Leicht

Ariella Leicht is a nonprofit development and operations professional with experience in fundraising operations, data strategy, donor engagement, and organizational systems. She currently serves as Manager of Development Operations at Target ALS, where she oversees development data and systems, reporting and analytics, and the operational infrastructure supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts.

Prior to Target ALS, Ariella spent more than a decade at UMass Hillel in roles spanning community engagement, education, development, and organizational leadership. She holds a master’s degree in Jewish History and will shortly complete her MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, bringing together a background in nonprofit leadership with a focus on data, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
